Come along to our parent carer group.
It is exactly as it says. ‘Just a Morning Meet-Up’ with other parents or carers and some of the Pod staff or trustees. Have a chat and a hot drink, sit and relax, take time for yourself or share experiences. It is up to you!
Find us at The Key Centre, Feltham Lane, BA11 5AJ every Thursday morning from 10-11.30am.
On 4th Thursday of every month (term time only) we are joined by Tasha who is a SEND Navigator from Somerset Parent Carer Forum.
Tasha can help parents and carers of children with SEND to access good quality information and help, support parents to prepare for meetings or appointments, help with completing forms and applications and much more.
If this isn’t a good time or day for you, look out for our Pod Connections informal meet-up group. Ask your child/young person’s club lead for more information about joining the new whats app group.
Join our new Pod Connections Whats App group for parent carers to connect with other parents informally, outside of Pod projects.
Send a message out to the group to suggest a walk, coffee, pub night, or anything you think others may want to join in. It is a chance to widen your network of people with shared experiences.
