Community Learning Tutor
October 2026 – June 2027 | Proposed Thursday
Approximately 2 days per week
To plan, deliver and evaluate engaging short courses for adults, helping learners develop confidence, independence and practical life skills, and progress towards further learning, volunteering or employment
Scrapstore
Co-ordinator & Learning Mentor
1 year | Wednesdays
To support the smooth running of the Little Scrapstore, including stock, customers and opening/closing, while mentoring Work Experience trainees to develop practical workplace skills, confidence and independence.
Assistant Tutor
October 2026 – June 2027
1 day per week
To support the Community Learning Tutor in delivering inclusive and engaging learning for adults, providing individualised support and helping learners participate fully, develop confidence and achieve their goals.
Volunteer
Co-ordinator
October 2026 – June 2027 | Approximately 43 days / 300 hours
To lead the development of The Pod’s volunteer and work experience programme, supporting and recruiting volunteers, developing new opportunities and strengthening community partnerships.
We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, caring, organised and committed to inclusion. Relevant experience is welcome, but we value attitude, reliability and a genuine desire to make a difference.
