To all Friends Of Pod our AGM will be held on Wedneday 15th June in The Merlin Theatre Foyer from 6.30-8pm. This will be a social evening with cheese & wine, but also non alcoholic drinks and dry snacks.
Although an AGM is a legal requirement, we will be keeping formalities to a minimum and wish to enjoy and informal ,social get together. It is a lovely opportunity to meet other people involved in Pod ,and an opportunity to say thank you for support of the charity and projects. Children and young people are very welcome to join us and we welcome their contributions.
As you may already be aware Pod was set up by parents, and membership support is really important in ensuring this provision is suitable for everyone. Your feedback is always important, and we would like to encourage you to join us if you are able. If this is not possible but you wish to share your thoughts and experiences please contact either Sue or Becky directly, or through the email address below.
